15 minute pause
5 minutes - Worship

5 minutes - Praise
Next, take five minutes to praise God for what He has done and is doing in your life. Write down five things that you are thankful for and thank Him for being a loving Father and Provider.
5 minutes - Prayer
Last, spend a few minutes telling God what is on your heart. Ask Him to move in the situations that you are worried about. Be honest with Him about how you are really doing and allow Him to speak into your life.
