What is serve week?
Serve Week is a special week in the summer where we participate in projects that serve those in our community! It is an opportunity for us to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and share His love with others. In past years these projects have ranged from playing games with the elderly to building wheelchair accessible ramps to providing meals to first responders. This year, each small group will have a project assigned to them where they can serve alongside their fellow group members.
Questions about Serve Week?
It’s ok to have questions! If your question isn’t answered here, feel free to use our contact form to ask it.
Yes! Many of our Serve Week projects are child-friendly. If you plan to have your children serve with you, check with your group leader or read the description of your project in the sign up form so that you know what to expect and if your child would be able to participate.
No worries, you can still participate in Serve Week! You can view the project listing at the link above and join the one that works best for you.
We ask that you wear your red Serve shirt and appropriate shorts or pants as well as appropriate footwear for your specific project. If you don't have a Serve shirt or need a new size, you can indicate that on the project sign up form. Your group leader will let you know if you need to bring anything else.
